I'M BACK!!!!

For all of you buyers out there that were originals to this blog, I hope I haven't been gone long enough for you to have forgotten me.  For those of you that don't know me (or have forgotten me...lol), I'd love to introduce myself.  I'm the original blogger of this blog.  I updated this blog and showed you the newest listings in La Crosse County every weekday for over a year before handing it off to my good friend and Realtor Lance Dembraski.  I'm excited to be back because a lot has changed since I last left you roughly 6 months ago.  I just recently completed my broker's exam and have found my way back into the world of real estate...but this time as my own boss.  The name of my new business is called Signature Properties (hopefully you'll be seeing lots of our yard signs popping up around town), and the sole focus of this business will be to put my client's needs first.  There are a lot of exciting things I have planned for this business which I'll be rolling out within the next few days/weeks or so...so you'll have to become a loyal follower to make sure you don't miss out on the newest and most exciting news in La Crosse real estate!!!  If you are selling though, I would contact me ASAP because one of my goals will be to help sellers save as much money in Realtors fees as I quite possibly can.  I even have an option where I will help you sell, and I'm willing to work for free!!!!  There's a lot that you'll learn about me, my family, and my business along the way, and I'm looking forward to starting this journey again!!!  So with that being said, here is tonight's link.  Best of luck to everyone tonight:
